Checklist Before Submitting Your Material
Before submitting an article or video idea, make sure your content meets our platform standards:
- •Uniqueness and Authorship: 100% your own material. Text or video must not be published elsewhere.
- •Volume (for articles): General articles — from 1200 words. Training programs and recipes — no minimum requirement, clarity and depth of presentation are key.
- •Video Materials: if you are submitting video (or planning to shoot), the material must have quality sound, clear technique demonstration, and logical structure.
- •Formatting and Style: Text divided into short paragraphs and subheadings, with practical takeaways highlighted. No spelling or grammatical errors. Tone should be expert-level, without excessive filler or advertising.
- •Recipes: must include number of servings, macronutrients per serving, and high-resolution photos.
- •Sources: when referencing research, use numbered superscript in the text and create a "Sources" section with hyperlinks at the end of the article.
How to Submit Your Materials
Send your application to our email. The email should include:
- •Article Text / Video Links: in Word, Google Docs, or cloud storage links (for videos).
- •Illustrations: original image files (JPG, PNG, GIF) at least 1000x1000 px. Do not embed images inside text files.
